Yoga is an amazing practice.  It builds strength and flexibility.  It relieves stress and calms the mind.  It can be a powerful tool in recovery – helping manage or even eliminate physical pain.  Yoga is a great addition to any workout regime or as a stand alone practice.  There is yoga for every body, at every stage of life.  The practice can always meet you right where you are.  If you’re not sure, let us reassure you – yoga is for you!

We are located in lovely, old town Granada Hills.  We offer vinyasa flow yoga for everyone from beginners to advanced students, gentle yoga, restorative, therapeutics (for those recovering from injuries or with limited mobility) and kundalini.  In addition, we have specialized workshops every month including a monthly healing sound bath!  Check out the schedule page for more information and to book a class (we can always get you set up at the studio, too).  We are so thrilled to be here in Granada Hills – we’ve needed a yoga studio here for a long time and now we have one. Come on in and try a class!

    • Hi Octavia,
Thanks for letting me know you’re interested! I love Iyengar and I’d like to see an iyengar class on the schedule. We’re working on lots of new stuff right now! I will see what I can do.

    • Yes, we do. Look for Level one basic flow classes – those will give a solid foundation to more advanced flow classes and are meant for beginners. There’s also lots of other classes that are appropriate for beginners. check the schedule tab and if you click the class it’ll pop up a description for you :)
