Flow Studio Classes
Slow moving, long holds to open up the body and increase range of motion. The yin practice aims to make space in the joints so they move smoothly and easily through their entire range of motion.
You’ll start with long warm ups on the floor, working up to standing poses with a modified, gentle flow and then a long cool down and stretch. This class is dedicated to structural and energetic integration, including alignment, breathing, mind and spirit.
Gentle & Therapeutics
Breathing, gentle stretching and movement for beginners or anyone seeking to heal through Yoga. This class is tailored to the health needs of the individual to promote overall mind-body wellness as well as assisting individuals facing health challenges at any level, manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance and increase vitality.
A physical, mental and spiritual technology designed to unite our ego based selves with our infinite higher consciousness. Each class utilizes postures, breath work, mantra and meditation.
Kundalini Meditation and Pranyama
This class explores the meditative aspect of Kundalini. Each set has three components: breathwork, mantra and meditation. Kundalini meditation is different from any other kind you may have tried before and is suitable for ALL levels of experience. Experience the peace you’ve been craving!
Level 1 Basic Flow
Learn the basics. Perfect for brand new students to create a strong foundation for the practice. Attention to alignment and basic Pranayama (breath) work will be taught here.
Level 1 / 2 Flow
Poses begin to be linked with the breath in these Vinyasa flow classes. The foundation for more advanced poses will be taught here as well as building strength and stamina. Advanced poses may be given and modifications for the less experienced student. Familiarity with basic poses helpful.
Prenatal yoga helps prepare the body and the mind for labor and delivery. The body awareness we cultivate with the practice will help tune you in to the new sensations in your body, and the breath will help guide you through the challenges of labor and delivery. Yoga will build your strength and stamina along with a deeper connection to baby.
Restorative + Reiki
This class was developed in an effort to make the benefits of Restorative Yoga and Reiki healing accessible to everyone! Restorative Yoga cultivates heightened body awareness while soothing the nervous system, allowing the body and mind to slow down. Restorative Yoga balances our fast paced lifestyles and has an enormous capacity to heal physical and mental symptoms that are stress related.This practice creates an excellent environment for opening up to the healing powers of Reiki.
As a healing method, Reiki uses an energy transmittal system in which the Reiki practitioner draws energy from the universe and then transfers this energy through the hands to the self or another. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks are dissolved with Reiki, bringing people greater health and overall well-being. Reiki works with the body’s innate wisdom to facilitate healing where and how it is needed.
This class may include pranayama, guided meditation, yoga nidra, the use of essential oils and other healing modalities. We seek to create a safe space and peaceful experience for each student to heal and rejuvenate as we teach from a place of compassion and support.
This is an enlivening yoga class with an upbeat playlist that will keep your body moving and your heart singing. Students will invigorate the body while learning how to be carried through a challenging practice on the wings of their breath. Some yoga experience helpful.
SmartFlow & Level 2
In SmartFlow we emphasize anatomy and alignment. We utilize long holds to deepen the practice, challenge our minds to stay calm and our bodies to grow stronger, more flexible and stable. Dynamic and creative sequences, advanced poses and inversions will be taught here as well as building strength and stamina. Four months of consistent asana practice in a lower level class before entering these classes preferred.
Soulful Soothing Yoga
This is a gentle, safe place to learn about Yoga, listen to your body, begin to heal. Yoga is about our body, mind, Spirit connection. This class is accessible to everyone – even if you’ve never done Yoga before. Unearth your inner landscape!
Evolution Studio Classes
Combining elements of cardio conditioning, functional movement, yoga and pilates, AWAKE™ is 45 minutes of intensity designed to create change through challenge. AWAKE™ will increase strength, endurance and core awareness. Awaken, connect, transform! All levels welcome!
BirthFit – Pre/Postnatal
This class is for mamas-to-be or mamas with babies who are at least 3 weeks old and not yet crawling. Prepare your body for labor, heal aches and pains, maintain or rebuild your strength, and connect with local moms in your community. Breathwork, postures and gentle flow modified for each trimester and postpartum. All are welcome!
HIIT + Yoga
High Intensity Interval Training with an awesome yin yoga style cool down. This is definitely strong yang balanced with yin. Getting your heart rate pumping for 12-15 minutes with high intensity intervals using kettle bells, resistance bands, etc., then cooling down with some deep yin stretches.
Meditation and Pranayama
The aim of this class is to reduce stress and anxiety, using meditation and pranayama, by helping us go with the flow of the ups and downs of every day life. Let’s breathe and drop in.
Restore, Breathe, Center
A blend of gentle, restorative postures, pranayama and meditation. Give yourself some time to restore, find your breath and quiet your mind. You’ll be glad you did. All levels welcome.
Take it Easy Stretch and Move
Yoga on the easy side of the street. Gentle moving and stretching get the kinks out of your body, linking that movement with your breath gets the kinks out of your mind. You’ll leave feeling ahhhhhh. The perfect addition to your day
TRX is a bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. We will use the TRX Suspension Trainer which leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Class is appropriate for all levels
Training with TRX builds a strong core and also offers support which are both a huge help to your yoga practice. Just like traditional yoga props such as blocks or bolsters, the TRX trainer can be used to support and enhance certain poses. All levels welcome
A deeply relaxing, restoring and resetting practice. Class may include meditation, pranayama, gentle moving and stretching, chanting, visualizations and other both traditional and nontraditional methods to help you relax, reset and find your bliss.
Yin Flow gives you the best of both worlds! In this class we will combine both yin yoga and vinyasa flow to leave you feeling relaxed and amazing. You get all the benefits of yin opening, with the added benefit of the opportunity to move dynamically.
Warm up with yoga, then channel your inner dancer and get your barre workout on with 30 minutes of barre fitness to tone your muscles and increase your cardio. We’ll wrap things up with more yoga to cool down and restore.
Yoga + Bootcamp
We’ll start with the breath to get ourselves tuned in, warm up with a nice yoga flow and then get your heart rate pumping with some interval training using weights, resistance bands, trx, etc. We’ll end the class with a yoga cool down and savasana.
In this class we will work with breath and movement to “unfold.” Yoga is about our body, mind, Spirit connection…UNITY. The Yoga experience is different for each of us. Getting to know your body and what works best for you is the goal here. Can we listen a little deeper? How can we create space within for unfolding? This class is accessible to everyone.
This Yoga-Pilates fusion class will utilize the best of both worlds! We’ll emphasize the essential skills needed for proper execution of movement and will activate, isolate, and stabilize while improving posture, flexibility, balance and overall body strength
Yoga with resistance work and functional training. In this class we’ll utilize resistance bands, kettle bells and other nontraditional props along with your yoga practice as a way to both strengthen and lengthen all of your major muscle groups while flowing seamlessly between yoga asanas.
